Shipping & COD Charges:
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order's weight and location. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
KPS Knitting Company provides free shipping on orders worth Rs. 749 and above. A standard convenience fee of Rs. 39 will be charged for all Cash on Delivery orders. In the case of orders below Rs. 749, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 49 will be charged. Delivery Information:
Order Processing:
We completely understand the excitement and pain of not getting the order as you anticipated. However, we are trying our best to ship your orders with discreet packaging within 48 hours of payment confirmation. KPS Knitting Company is committed to shipping all products together, which may not be possible sometimes due to the products' availability. We will inform you in such cases through the mail.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from kpsclothing.in detailing your order ID and estimated delivery date.
Tracking Orders:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email mentioning your order details, the tracking number, and the courier company. You can easily track your order after the package is out of our warehouse for delivery.
Shipping Duration & Delivery:
We aim to deliver your order within 4 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and shipment delivery subject to Courier Company / Post Office norms.
We would like to inform you that every location gets a different delivery time frame from our courier partners. Track your order online once your order is dispatched. We make sure our courier partner delivers your order to your doorstep.
Please note that delivery may take 7-15 working days in the exception of some locations (North East, J&K, Lakshadweep and Andaman & Nicobar), where delivery time might take longer. KPS Knitting Company is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
Delivery Partners:
We use reputed couriers like “Delivery Logistics” for national deliveries. If unavailable, we’ll use alternative couriers or India Post.
Delivery Updates:
We will inform you via email regarding your order's status, including any delays or issues that may arise during the shipping process.

If the Item is Damaged:
If you find the packaging damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Contact us at +91 421 498 0694 with your order number. We will check and ensure that you receive a replacement delivery at the earliest possible time.
Missing Product:
If any products are missing from your package, please contact us immediately at +91 421 498 0694 or through email. You can share your queries in the Feedback and Complaints section as well. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If there is a Delay:
We ensure you will receive your products on time or before the estimated delivery date. If the package hasn't been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, kindly raise a ticket in our Support email and we will take the necessary action to resolve your problems.
